CSP厂摆动剪修复工艺的研究

摘要：针对CSP厂摆动剪的加工修复过程中的难点进行详细的工艺分析，包含吊装、拆卸、装夹、加工和检测等诸多环节，制定出双行车吊装工件、液压顶拆卸联轴器和自制夹具进行工件装夹等修复工艺并予以实施，取得直接经济效益200余万元的成果。
关键词：摆动剪；起吊；摆动杆；基准；装夹

Abstract：Detailed analysis of the difficulties in CSP factory swing scissors repair process，a lot of links containing of lifting，removing，clamping，processing and detection etc.，develop double cranes lifting artifacts，hydraulic roof removing coupling and clamping by self-developed jig and act. It is making more than 2 million directly economic benefits.
