行星锥齿轮无级变速机构的调速机理及效率计算研究

摘要:针对环锥行星式无级变速机构中存在摩擦功耗大、效率低的缺点,在其主体结构不变的基础上,用锥齿轮传动代替其中的摩擦轮传动,在分析了新型行星锥齿轮无级变速机构的结构特点、运动学关系、调速机理的基础上,推导出其传动比计算公式。利用啮合功率法导出行星锥齿轮无级变速传动的啮合效率方程,并结合其它功率损失得出该无级变速机构的总传动效率方程,结合实例计算出其理论效率,通过对比得出行星锥齿轮机构比原环锥行星式无级变速机构具有更好的调速性能和更高的传动效率。

Speed and efficiency of the mechanism of continuously variable planetary bevel gear mechanism calculation

Abstract:To solve friction power consumption and low efficiency problem of continuously variable planetary ring cone mechanism, we replace the friction wheel drive with bevel gear drive while keep its main structure unchanged. After analysing the Structural features, kinematic relations and the governor mechanism of the new planetary bevel gear, the formula of its transmission ratio is deduced. Meshing power method is used to infer the meshing efficiency equation of spiral bevel gear planetary stepless variable speed drive. Combining with other power losses is to get its total transmission efficiency equation. And its theoretical efficiency is calculated after combining with examples. By comparison, we can conclude that planetary bevel gear agency has better speed performance and higher transmission efficiency than the original ring cone planetary CVT agency.
