螺旋轴的校核及其有限元分析

摘要：螺旋轴是螺旋输送机的主要组成部分，其强度和挠度能否满足要求，对生产效率和工作性能有着重要的影响。根据实际工况，对螺旋轴进行了强度校核；利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行模拟，从应力和变形两个方面进行了分析，两种结果均满足了实际工况的需求，为设计制造提供了理论依据。

Abstract：The main part of screw conveyor is screw axis, whose strength and deflection have a significant impact on the performance and production efficiency. According to the actual conditions, the paper checks its strength. At the same time, using ANSYS analysis its stress and strain. The results meet the needs of the actual working conditions, and provide a theoretical basis for the design and manufacture.
