某汽油机缸体珩磨避让坑加深的可行性分析

摘要:由于汽油机需要增加排量,缸孔加深5 mm,珩磨过程中,探头需要向下深入5 mm。为了有效避让加工刀具,缸体下端的避让坑需要沿主轴承盖方向加深5 mm。设计人员无法确定该项变化是否会造成缸体强度下降。分析人员应用CAE工具,建立曲轴连杆系统的多体动力学模型,提取主轴瓦上多个角度下的动力学载荷,与缸盖螺栓预紧力、轴瓦过盈量等载荷一起作用到有限元模型上,用以考察缸体的强度。分析结果表明,缸体强度满足要求,经过优化的缸体顺利通过可靠性试验,验证效果良好。

The reliability analysis apply in the deepen of gasoline cylinder avoid pits

Abstract:The cylinder bore deepen 5 millimeter for the engine displacement increasing. On the process of cylinder honing, the honing probe needs to down 5 millimeter. In order to avoid the cutting tools, the avoid pits need to move 5 millimeter toward the direction of the main bearing caps. Designers couldn't confirm whether the changes would influence the strength of cylinder. The CAE analysis methods would be applied which include building the crank dynamic model and finite element model. Extraction of the multiple angles of dynamic load working on the main bearing shell, together with the maximum preload and shell radial interference load on the finite element model. The analysis results showed that the strength of cylinder satisfied the design limit. The changed cylinder finished the reliability test and the effect of test is well.
