基于有限元的排气系统刚度优化

摘要:排气系统的质心位置往往远离缸体,导致整个系统的刚度偏低,发动机在高转速时极易发生共振。为了减小排气系统的振动,提高系统刚度,基于有限元的方法,针对不同布置形式的排气歧管支架,进行整个系统的模态分析,从结果可以看出,只增加支架的厚度对于模态频率的提升作用有限,而合理的布置位置可以明显改善系统的刚度。

Stiffness optimization of exhaust system based on FEM

Abstract:The mass center position of exhaust system is often away from the cylinder block,. It leads to the low stiffness of the whole system, easy to resonate at high engine speed. In order to reduce the vibration of the exhaust system, and improve the system stiffness, in view of the different arrangement of exhaust manifold bracket, the modal analysis of the whole system has been performed based on the finite element method in this paper. It can be seen from the results, only increase the thickness of the bracket for the ascension of modal frequency is not obvious, but reasonable decorate position can obviously improve the stiffness of the system.
