黄桃破瓣挖核组合机构装置的结构设计

摘要:黄桃罐头是水果罐头中最受欢迎的产品之一,黄桃罐头在加工时要经过黄桃上料→人工摆正→破瓣挖核→瓣核分离等多道工序,有很多不足之处。以KW8-03切削式桃子自动破瓣挖核机为研究对象,对以往黄桃罐头加工方式进行改进,节省了人力和物力,在分析破瓣挖核机总体结构组成的基础上,讨论了切削式桃子破瓣挖核机自动破瓣、挖核和瓣、核自动分离的工作原理与加工工艺过程,完成了该机器装置各主要传动机构装置的结构设计。

Abstract:Peach canned fruit canned in one of the most popular products,Canned peach in the processing of the material to go through the Peach - artificial straighten - broken valve dig nuclear - nuclear lobe separation, and other procedures. There are many deficiencies. The peach automatic cutting flap and coring cutting machine KW8-03 is taken as the study object in this paper, Canned peach of previous processing methods to improve, Saving manpower and material resources, Firstly, the overall structure composition of cutting flap and coring machine is analyzed. Then the working principle and process flow that the machine how to cut peach and dig peach pit automatically are discussed. The machine unit completed the major transmission device structure design.
