基于虚拟样机技术的沥青直线振动筛有限元分析

摘要:介绍了一种基于虚拟样机技术的沥青直线振动筛有限元分析方法,采用SolidWorks建立沥青直线振动筛的虚拟样机后,导入有限元分析软件ANSYS中,对振动筛进行模态分析,得出振动筛在正常工作时的各阶固有频率,并根据分析结果对结构参数进行优化,从而避免振动筛在工作时发生共振,以延长振动筛的使用寿命并提高其可靠性,为直线振动筛结构的设计优化提供依据。

Finite element analysis of asphalt linear vibrating screen based on virtual prototype technology

Abstract:Introduces a finite element analysis method of asphalt linear vibration based on virtual prototype technology, after establishing the asphalt linear vibrating screen virtual prototype with SolidWorks, importes finite element analysis software ANSYS and model analyzes for vibrating screen, gets the vibration sieve frequencies in normal operation, and the structure parameters are optimized according to the analysis results, so it can avoid resonance in the vibrating screen work, prolong the service life and reliability of vibration sieve, provide a basis for design optimization of the linear vibrating screen structure.
