滚动轴承寿命计算方法的优化

摘要:随着滚动轴承寿命研究的深入,有必要对寿命影响因素进行转化,使之具体化、公式化。通过经验公式整理、试验数据总结、图形数据处理等方法,旨在找到最佳的寿命计算方法。研究结果显示:可靠度越高,失效概率系数越小,轴承工作寿命越短;材料的热处理方式对轴承疲劳寿命有较大影响;滚动轴承的疲劳寿命与滚动体的最大载荷有紧密联系;通过寿命试验已经证实润滑油膜厚度对疲劳寿命有显著的影响;润滑剂的过度污染会极大的缩短轴承疲劳寿命;当工作温度高于120℃时,温度越高,轴承疲劳寿命越短。综合上述结果,轴承寿命计算方法得到了优化。

The optimization calculation method of rolling bearing life

Abstract:With the depth research of rolling bearing life, it is necessary to life factors affecting transformation, make it specific, formula. Through the experience formula arranging, the test data summarizing, graphic data processing so methods, to find the best life calculation method. The results show: the higher reliability, the smaller failure probability coefficient, the shorter working life of bearing; Heat treatment of materials have great influence on bearing fatigue life; Fatigue life of rolling bearing is closely related to the rolling body maximum load; Through life test has confirmed the lubrication oil film thickness has a significant effect on the fatigue life; Lubricant excessive pollution will greatly shorten the bearing fatigue life; When the temperature is higher than 120℃, the higher temperature, the shorter bearing fatigue life. The results above, the bearing life calculation method get to optimize.
