某车型尾门装饰条变形分析

摘要：尾门装饰条受热胀冷缩影响，容易变形或断裂；针对某车型尾门装饰条变形的现状，利用理论和实际相结合以及CAE分析手段分析在不同工况下尾门装饰条的变化量，综合查找导致装饰条变形原因，并根据具体原因制定整改对策，根据装饰条热胀冷缩的原理，对策主要包含两个方面，一是变形量得到释放，二是改善尾门装饰条本身的变形量；对策两个方面的实施，改善了尾门装饰条变形的问题。
关键词：尾门装饰条；变形；整改对策

Abstract：The tailgate garnish affected by the expansion and contraction， it's easily deformed or broken; The status quo by a vehicle tailgate garnish deformation, using a combination of theoretical and practical analysis tools, CAE analysis and analytical tools in different conditions tailgate garnish the amount of change, integrated find cause deformation reasons trim, and to develop corrective measures in accordance with the specific reasons, measures mainly includes two aspects, one is the amount of deformation is released, the second is to improve the deformation of the tailgate garnish itself, two aspects of the implementation of countermeasures to improve the tailgate garnish deformation problems.
