轻型客车中门登车扶手的设计

摘要：首先介绍了中门登车扶手的材料与分类，并列举了金属钢管扶手常用的钢管材料及断面尺寸规格。以某轻型客车中门登车扶手为例，对扶手形状及手握部分的断面尺寸提出明确要求，并通过轻型客车扶手相关法规及人机工程学要求，总结了扶手与周边件距离及高度布置的校核方法并使用5％女性假人对扶手布置进行校核。通过调研总结了三种不同车型的扶手安装配合结构，并分析不同结构的特点。最后通过CAE软件对扶手进行安装强度验证，并提出了一种扶手强度验证的CAE方法及要求。

The design of middle door assist grip of light bus

Abstract：First, introduce the materials and classification of the middle door assist grip, and list the usual steel-duct materials and size. To a middle door assist grip of light bus as an example, put forward to explicit require to the shape and size of the assist grip, and summarize the way of checking the space of circumjacent and the height by law and man-machine engineering, and make use of 5％ female dummy to check the assist grip. Analysis of the installation structure of three different assist grips. Last, to verify the assist grip strength by CAE and put forward to a CAE analysis method.
