基于磁法的油管接箍检测研究

摘要：油管接箍检测装置是实现不压井作业过程中对油井保压密封的核心环节。采用磁法检测原理研制的螺旋电感线圈可准确检测到油管接箍的位置，依此控制环形防喷器的动作。既保证胶芯不被损坏，又保证井口密封。首先借助Ansoft电磁场有限元分析软件，分析了电感线圈的参数对检测效果的影响规律。包括电感线圈的骨架高度、骨架内径、线径大小、匝数。试制电感线圈并试验验证了仿真结果的准确性。

A detection device of oil pipe coupling

Abstract：Tubing coupling detection device is the key in snubbing operation process to keeping the pressure of oil well and sealing up the oil well. This paper use the principle of magnetic detection for developing spiral inductance coil which can detect the position of the coupling to the pipe. In order to control the annular BOP movement. Which not only ensure the rubber core can not be damaged, but also ensure the wellhead sealing. Firstly Based on the Ansoft finite element analysis software，we analysized the influence factors of the coupling detector. The parameters include the height of the skeleton, the diameter of the skeleton, size of the copper wire, number of the turns. Secondly verify the simulation results by experiment of the trialed inductance coil.
