孔距快捷检测技术探讨

摘要:小孔类及螺纹孔零件的中心距测量时误差较大,且不直观,更无通用性测量工具实现其直接测量,利用精密仪器测量时,存在测量时间较长,生产成本较高等缺点。通过研究开发,设计出一套可对各类小孔、螺纹孔零件的位置尺寸进行快速精准测量的辅助装置,以提高工作效率。对于其孔组测量遭遇的问题,亦提出了改进方案。

Abstract:Small hole parts and threaded hole parts of center distance measurement error is larger, and not intuitive, even no universal measuring tools to implement its direct measurement. Using precision instrument to do measurement takes a long time, and takes a high price. Through the research and developing, design a set of auxiliary devices to take a fast and accurate measurement of all kinds of holes and the size of the position of the threaded hole parts, which aims improving work efficiency. For the problem in measurement of hole group, and also puts forward the improvement scheme.
