永磁同步电主轴电磁振动研究

摘要:建立了永磁同步电主轴电磁场和电磁振动有限元仿真模型,借助MATLAB软件对振动仿真结果进行频谱分析,得到了电磁力波的波次和频率。将仿真结果与实测加速度频谱进行比较,验证了该有限元模型的实用性。分析了永磁同步电主轴电磁振动产生机理。确定了电磁振动产生的原因是径向电磁力引起的电主轴定子的共振。提出电磁力波形重构的分析方法,消除了与定子结构固有频率相近的谐波成分,从而降低了电主轴的电磁振动。为永磁同步电主轴减振研究提供了一种新的方法。

Research on electromagnetic vibration of permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindle

Abstract:Finite element simulation models of electromagnetic field and electromagnetic vibration of permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindle are built. The orders and frequencies of electromagnetic force wave are obtained by spectrum analysis on results of vibration simulation with MATLAB. Comparing the simulation results with the measured spectrum, the feasibility of the finite element model was confirmed. The mechanism exerting electromagnetic vibration of the permanent magnet synchronous motorized spindle is analyzed. The cause of the electromagnetic vibration is the resonance on motorized stator due to the radial electromagnetic force. Analysis method of waveform reconstruction of flux density is proposed. The electrical force harmonics closed to the stator natural frequencies are eliminated. Thus, the motorized spindle electromagnetic vibration is reduced. It provides a new method for research on suppressing vibration of permanent magnet synchronous motor spindle.
