高压煤粉混合及发电装置的设计

摘要:针对高炉煤粉喷吹过程中煤粉混合不均匀、压能浪费的问题,提出了一种新型工业设备——高压煤粉混合及发电装置。主要由直通闭式叶片轮、对称直通式空心轴转子组成。利用多叶道分流原理,使煤粉混合更均匀;由能量守恒定律,将高压煤粉压能转化为叶片轮的机械能并带动发电机转子转动,实现了煤粉发电的创新。用SolidWorks对该装置进行了建模,用FLUENT对煤粉在叶道中的流场分析。结果表明,煤粉能较好的进入装置与空气混合,推动叶轮旋转发电。

Design of the device for high-pressure pulverized coal mix and power generation

Abstract:In connection with the problem of unevenness and energy waste in high-pressure pulverized coal mixing, propose a new industrial equipment - the Device for High-pressure Pulverized Coal Mix and Generate Electricity. Which mainly consist of a closed pass-through vane wheel and a symmetrical pass-through rotor with hollow shaft. As the principle of multi blade channel can split flow, pulverized coal can be mixed more evenly. Within the context of energy conservation, the energy of high-pressure pulverized coal is converted into mechanical energy of the vane wheel and turn the motor rotor, that realize the innovation of pulverized coal power generation. Use SolidWorks to establish the model. Use Fluent to simulate the flow field of the pulverized coal and results show that pulverized coal can flow into the device, mix with air evenly and turn the motor rotor to generate electricity.
