深水流速剖面甲板折臂式收放装置设计

摘要:深水流速剖面甲板收放装置是承担海洋环境调查设备投放及回收的重要工具,基于深海监测任务需求,采用甲板折臂式方案设计测量设备收放装置。设计过程包括整体运动方案设计、变幅机构设计、受力分析、三维建模与仿真分析等。设计甲板收放装置变幅范围1.6 m≤R≤3.5 m、起吊高度H≥2.1 m,主要构件强度指标满足API 2C规范要求,满足海上环境监测任务需求。

Deep sea velocity profile retractable folding boom type deck device design

Abstract:Deep sea velocity profile deck retractable device is an important tool for marine environmental investigation bear running and recovery measuring instruments. Based on deep-sea monitoring mission requirements, the folding boom type scheme of design device is adopted. The design process of device includes motion principles of design, luffing mechanism design and 3D modeling and Simulation. The luffing range of deck retractable device is from 1.6m to 3.5m, lifting height is 2.1m. The main component strength of the structure meets API2C specifications. The device is adequate to needs of the marine environment monitoring tasks.
