液压蓄能器应用于摇摆台的仿真研究

摘要:蓄能器作为液压系统的重要辅件,其动态响应能力对于改善系统工作性能具有重要作用。为了吸收回路中产生的液压冲击,对摇摆台支撑装置中的液压元件起到保护作用,提高设备使用寿命,针对不同充气压力对于蓄能器吸收压力冲击能力的影响进行了仿真研究。将气囊式蓄能器分为气腔与液腔两部分,在分析工作过程中受力情况的基础上建立了蓄能器的数学模型。根据容腔节点法,利用Simulink建立了摇摆台支撑装置的仿真模型。仿真结果表明蓄能器对于液压系统中产生的压力冲击具有明显的吸收作用。

Simulation of hydraulic accumulator used for swaying platform

Abstract:As an important hydraulic accessory, dynamic response capability of accumulator exerts vital function to improve system working performance. In order to absorb hydraulic shock, protect system components and prolong the lifespan, the capability of pressure impact absorption was researched in term of different inflation pressure. In this paper, bladder accumulator was divided into air chamber and liquid chamber, on the basis of analysis of the force situation during the work process, simulation model was built by use of Simulink according to bulk-cavity-node method. The simulation result indicates that inflation pressure of accumulator greatly imposes on the capacity of pressure impact absorption.
