山区铁路超高顺坡率对高速机车动力学性能的影响

摘要:利用多体动力学软件建立了200 km/h速度等级机车动力学模型,通过计算在不同超高顺坡率条件下的机车曲线通过动力学性能评价指标,分析了超高顺坡率对高速机车曲线通过动力学性能的影响。可以看出,在同一速度等级相同超高下,随着超高顺坡率的增加轮重减载率逐渐增加,相同超高顺坡率的情况下,轮重减载率随着超高的增大而增大,当超高顺坡率比较小的时候,超高的大小对轮重减载率的影响比较小,超高顺坡率变大的时候,超高的大小对轮重减载率的影响逐渐加大。在相同超高和超高顺坡率的情况下,轮重减载率随着曲线半径的减小而减小。脱轨系数和轮对横向力受超高影响较小。

The influence of the locomotive dynamics of 200 km/h speed level mountain railway for superelevation slope rate

Abstract:Using multibody dynamics software to set up a 200 km/h locomotive dynamic model. Locomotive by computer under different conditions of superelevation slope rate curve of locomotive through dynamic performance evaluation indicators. Analyses the influence of superelevation slope rate curve by the influence of dynamic performance. Conclusions show that in the same speed level and the same superelevation, the superelevation slope rate with increased wheel load reduction rate gradually increased. At the same rate in the case of superelevation slope rate, wheel load reduction rate increases as the superelevation, when the superelevation slope rate is relatively small, the size of the superelevation is relatively small for wheel load reduction rate impact, superelevation slope rate becomes large, The impact of the size of superelevation for the wheel load reduction rate gradually increased. In the case of the same superelevation and superelevation slope rate, wheel load reduction rate with decreasing of curve radius decreases. Derailment coefficient and wheel lateral force is less superelevation affected.
