“J型锁芯”结构防盗锁的设计

摘要:弹子机械锁是目前应用最广泛的一种锁。对日用机械弹子锁锁芯的原理和常用的技术开锁方法进行阐述与分析,在不使用电、磁、声、光等前提下,为改进机械锁锁芯的防盗性能提供纯机械设计方面的借鉴。应用开锁原理分析法对机械锁芯结构进行了创新设计,提出了“J型”的锁芯结构,改变锁芯内部构造,隐藏锁芯的关键结构,使之看不见,工具到不了,大大提升了防盗性能,推进了锁芯结构类型多样化发展。

Research on an innovative design of J-type antitheft lock

Abstract:Mechanical lock is the most widely used lock. Through summarizing and analyzing the unlocking principle and methods of the common mechanical lock, an innovative structure design, named J type structure, of mechanical lock has been implemented under the premise of without using electricity, magnetic, sound and the optical etc, which improved the mechanical lock’s anti-theft performance. The principle and structure scheme of J type structure lock core are presented and analyzed. The key structure of the lock cylinder is hidden which is unable to be seen,and tools are unable to reached the lock core. The new structure of mechanical lock presented in this paper improved the security of the lock greatly and developed the diversity of lock structure types.
