管箍位置的视频检测系统设计

摘要:管箍位置检测是对基于图像处理的视频检测及自动化控制的系统研究。将CCD摄像头应用于修井作业平台管柱运动检测中,通过对图像处理算法的研究,采用Visual C++多文档的模块化语言进行编程,设计了基于视频检测的管箍位置图像采集及处理系统,该系统在修井作业中取代人工操作,实现远程监测与自动化控制,在石油修井作业过程中具有十分重要的意义。

Design of pipe hoop position vision detection system

Abstract:The pipe hoop position detection is a study of vision system based on image processing and automated control. This paper designed an image acquisition and procession system for the hoop position based on the vision detection, which making the CCD camera used in the pipe motion detection of the workover platform through the study of image processing algorithms and using Visual C ++ multiple document modular programming language. The system replaces the manual operation in workover operations realizing remote monitoring and automation control, which has great significance in petroleum workover process.
