气门式压缩机配气正时研究

摘要:通过用气门来代替气阀的方法对活塞式压缩机进行了改进,并对改进后的气门开启关闭时刻进行了分析。其中,为了使压缩机有较好的充气效率,确定了压缩机的气门的迟闭角。通过活塞连杆组的动力学模型分析压缩机气门的开启过程。用气门代替气阀使压缩机在充气效率、进排气脉动、寿命等方面都有所改善,并使压缩机在转速上有更大的提升空间。

Abstract:The piston compressor was improved by changing the valve and the time of the valve open and close was analyzed after improved. Moreover, in order to having better volumetric efficiency of the compressor, the paper describes the later closing angle. It analysis valve opening process through group dynamics model of the piston. With the compressor valve instead of air valve is improved in the charging efficiency, exhaust pulsation, and other aspects of life, so that the compressor have a greater improvement in speed.
