麻花钻钻削工艺参数对钻削性能影响的研究

摘要:孔的钻削加工是机械制造行业中最为重要的一种加工方法,麻花钻是孔加工工艺中最常用的钻削工具。主要建立孔加工过程中麻花钻承受载荷及扭矩的数学模型,运用有限元软件模拟仿真钻削加工过程,并对麻花钻所受轴向力、扭矩、温度变化等数据进行分析,确定影响麻花钻钻削性能的因素。主要针对钻削工艺参数中主轴转数n进行详细分析,并确定其对钻削性能的影响。

Study on the influence of the process parameters on drilling performance

Abstract:Drilling processing is one of the most important processing method in machinery manufacturing industry and twist drill is commonly used in the machining process as drilling tools. In this paper, we establish the mathematical model of twist drill’s Z-axis load and torque during machining process,simulate the drilling process through the finite element software, analyze and determine the factors which influencing the drilling performances by Z-axial load, torque and temperature data. The spindle revolutions is discussed in detail in this article and determined the impact on the drilling performances.
