基于内燃螺栓扳手的钢轨除锈机改造

摘要：钢轨轨面锈蚀严重影响机车行车安全，必须对生锈钢轨进行除锈打磨。为有效解决钢轨轨面生锈或污染问题，保证铁路运输安全，提高铁路运输效率，有必要寻求一种高效、经济、实用的钢轨除锈方法。利用淘汰的NLB-360型内燃螺栓扳手进行改造，更换传动部件和工作装置，改变齿轮传动比，通过反复试验，形成了最优设计方案，设计成了一种简易手推式钢轨除锈机。

The alteration for rail blasting machine based on the internal combustion bolt wrench

Abstract：The rail surface rust locomotive seriously affects the driving safety, so the rust rusty rail must be grinded. To effectively solve the rail surface rust or contamination problems, ensure the safety of railway transportation, improve the efficiency of rail transport, there is necessary to seek an efficient, economical and practical method to removal the rail rust. We have designed a simple hand-push rail blasting machine, which is used the phased out NLB-360 internal combustion bolt wrench transformation, by replacing the drive components and the working device.
