基于SolidThinking Inspire的汽车板簧支架优化设计

摘要:使用Altair公司的SolidThinking Inspire软件,建立汽车板簧支架的拓扑空间,之后定义了工况载荷和加工工艺,采用多工况单一目标的方法进行拓扑优化,在规定的体积内取得最佳的材料分布,使得刚度最大。并对优化结果进行了CAD模型重建,在工况下进行应力分析,其结果验证了设计的合理性。

Abstract:Based on SolidThinking Inspire of Altair Engineering Inc to establish topology space of leaf spring support, it is easy to obtain the optimal distribution of material in the specified volume and the maximum stiffness, when defines the load and processing technology and uses the method of single target and multi conditions of topology optimization. The CAD model could be rebuilt with the optimization result and the stress could be analyzed on working conditions. The result is verified rationality.
