对移动式减速顶工况检测车的改进

摘要:在研究现有减速顶性能检测设备检测方法基础上,通过对比不同检测方式的优劣,选择其中实用的移动式减速顶工况检测车的检测方法进行深入研究,提出了更加合理的检测行程数值选择和一种基于软件记录行程的改进措施,排除了不同减速顶安装高度差异带来的影响,以确保提高检测精度,避免误判的发生;还针对设备重量过重的情况提出了改进方法。

Improvement for the mobile detection vehicle detecting the working conditions of dowty retarder

Abstract:on the basis of studying the existing testing methods of dowty retarder testing equipment and by a contractive analysis for the advantage and disadvantage of different testing methods, this thesis, trying to have a further study of the retarder detection method of the mobile detection vehicle, puts forward a more reasonable detection stroke numerical selection and an improved software-based measure for stoke recording. In this way, the deviation resulted from the different retard installation height could be avoided, and hence the precision insured. In addition, the thesis also advises an improvement method for the problems of detection equipment’s overweight.
