风冷式柴油发电机组降噪及散热研究

摘要:在风冷式柴油发电机组静音箱体外形尺寸严格限定的条件下,在有限空间内设计以钢板、隔声毡、岩棉板及微穿孔板为复合结构进行隔声与吸声。计算隔热型阻抗复合消声器的扩张腔容积、扩张比及通过频率,以低功率损耗实现28 dB的降噪效果。合理的静音箱体通风口设计及冷却风量计算满足机组野外作业及高低温试验要求,在柴油发电机组有限空间内通过综合噪声控制实现了1 m处噪声测量平均值83 dB的良好效果。

The noise reduction and heat dissipation study of air-cooled diesel generating sets

Abstract:With the overall dimensions of air-cooled diesel generating sets mute enclosure being strictly limited , steel plates, sound insulation blanket, rock wool board and micro perforation plate are designed to be used as composite structure in order to realize the purpose of noise insulation and absorption in a limitation space. The noise can be reduced as low as 28 dB with low power loss by calculating the expansion chamber’s volume, expansion ratio and through frequency of heat insulation impedance compound muffler. The air vents design of noise insulation enclosure and the calculation of cooling air volume can reach the requirement of wild operation and high and low temperature test. According to the comprehensive noise control, the noise can be controlled in average 83 dB, which is measured in one meter.
