一种内热式加热的新型节能系统

摘要:新型节能加热系统是由内热式加热装置、HDC中心控制器和自动散热控制装置等部分组成,本研究旨在利用新型节能加热系统的加热和控制优势,寻求一种能耗低、效率高,且热损失低的加热控制方法,替代传统的电阻传导式加热。试验结果表明,用新型节能加热系统替代传统的电阻传导式加热的改造,不仅能节约电能50%,且热损失低于5%,大大减少废热排放,利于车间环境治理,由于加热控制方式的改变使设备预热时间缩短了2/3。

A kind of new method of internal heating energy-saving system

Abstract:The new heating energy-saving system is comprised by HDC center controller, internal heating device, automatic heat dissipation control device and etc. This research is aimed to take advantage of heating and control of new heating energy-saving system to search for a low-energy-consumption and high efficiency heating control method so as to replace the traditional resistance conduction heating method. The result of experiment has indicated that the new heating energy-saving system not only saved energy by 50%, but also the heat loss was less than 5%, which results in reducing waste emissions and healthy environment for workshop. Furthermore, the production efficiency will be improved due to shortening the equipment preheating time by 2/3 thanks to the changed heating method.
