SIU250T卧车主轴静压轴承受力分析

摘要:由于机床采用恒压力静压轴承,即供油压力一定、通过节流器的调节使得主轴在承受外载荷的情况下处于轴承中心。静压轴承系统无法提供足够的油膜刚度以克服主轴的抗弯曲刚度,使得轴承与轴之间没有刚性的油膜进行支撑,进而造成主轴与轴承摩擦。所以对主轴静压轴承进行受力分析、校核计算,可确定其改造方向。

Abstract:Because of the machines tool use the constant pressure bearing, the spindle cam keep in the center of bearing with adjusting of oil pressure and choke valve .Static pressure bearing cannot supply enough film stiffness to overcome the flexural rigidity of the spindle, so between the bearing to the spindle without proper reinforcements, then there were friction. The analysis and count of the bearing can confirm the technological transformation direction.
