唐钢120t转炉裙罩系统优化改造

摘要：转炉是钢铁企业的关键核心设备，提高转炉的使用寿命和运行稳定性对钢铁企业的生产经营状况至关重要。简要分析了唐钢中厚板公司120 t顶底复吹转炉裙罩系统损坏失效的各种原因。针对裙板易被铁水侵蚀变形、两侧耳轴托圈积渣的问题，对转炉裙罩系统进行优化改造，有效地保护了挡渣裙板及耳轴轴承防护板，降低了设备维护费用，解决了制约生产的瓶颈问题。
关键词：转炉；裙罩系统；分渣导流裙板装置
Transformation for the 120t converter’s slag shield system in Tang Steel

Abstract：Converter is the key equipment of the iron and steel enterprise, which it’s essential for the enterprise’s production status to improve the converter’s service life and running stability. By briefly analysis the variety failure reasons for the 120t converter’s slag shield system in Tang Steel. Against the problems of apron plate is vulnerable to erosion and accumulation slag on both sides of the trunnion ring, Optimization and transformation for the converter’s slag shield system. Through it protect the apron plate and trunnion ring bearings baffle effectively, reduces the cost for maintaining. And the bottleneck problems affecting the production were solved.
