8×8越野车储气筒匹配计算

摘要:储气筒作为气制动车辆制动能量的来源,匹配设计的合理性是影响车辆制动性能的关键因素。以8×8越野车的储气筒匹配设计为例,在综合考虑管路容量、制动气室容量、储气筒容量的基础上,提出了一种储气筒容量的计算方法,建立了连续制动次数、第n次制动压力消耗以及n次制动后剩余压力的计算公式。同时进行了针对性的试验验证,试验结果表明,理论计算方法所得出的数据与实际测量数据较为接近,证明计算方法可以作为指导气制动车辆储气筒匹配设计的理论依据。

Matching calculation of air reservoir of 8×8 vehicle

Abstract:Air reservoir is energy sources of braking of the vehicle equipped with air brake system. Reasonable matching of air reservoir is the key to braking performance of vehicle. Illustrated by the example of matching design of air reservoir of 8×8 vehicle, raising a calculation method of matching calculation of air reservoir in consideration of capacity of the line, the brake chamber and the air reservoir. Inferential reasoning formula of the times of continuity braking calculation, pressure depletion at the n time braking, residual pressure after the n time braking. Result of the verification of targeted test indicate that theoretical data is closer to the actual measurement data, prove that the calculation method can be used as the theoretical basis for matching design of the air reservoir of the vehicle equipped with air brake system.
