挖掘装载机驱动桥总成疲劳性室内模拟试验方法研究

摘要:台架试验是考核挖掘装载机驱动桥疲劳可靠性的重要手段,但是台架的加载模式和试验载荷谱的选择关系到试验结果与实际工作情况是否相符。论文对挖掘装载机驱动桥试验方法进行了研究,对现场采集的载荷谱进行编辑整理成为4级载荷谱,依此做为试验载荷谱对QSWZ30转向驱动前桥进行了台架试验,通过对试验结果的统计计算,验证了该试验方法的有效性。

Study on drive axle assembly fatigue of loader-digger by means of laboratory simulation test

Abstract:Bench test is an important means to assess the drive axle fatigue reliability of loader-digger, but the loading mode of bench and the selection of test load spectra are related to the consistency of experimental results with the actual work. This paper has made study on the drive axle test methods of loader-digger, editing load spectrum collected on-site to systemize them into four-stage load spectrum, so as to test the load spectrum. Bench test is conducted as to QSWZ30 steering driving front axle, and through the statistical calculation of test results, the validity of the test method has been verified.
