基于数控车削的锥形薄壁零件加工

摘要:薄壁类回转体零件的车削加工,存在着装卡困难、过程尺寸不易控制、零件变形量大等的技术难点,笔者以锥壳的加工为例,介绍了该类零件的优化加工方法。通过对工装夹具的改进使得零件加工时获得了额外的轴向拉紧力从而减少径向夹紧力以控制工件变形,保证尺寸要求。并且对进刀方式进行优化减少了不锈钢材料内孔加工时的挤屑现象。通过以上方法达到了用户的使用要求完成了零件的加工。对薄壁类曲面回转体零件的批量车削加工具有一定的借鉴作用。
