凸轮廓线生成及运动模拟仪研制

摘要:在分析凸轮廓线生成过程的基础上,设计出一种凸轮廓线生成及运动模拟仪,以达到提高凸轮教学质量的目的。该模拟仪由直线导轨模组机构、柔性可调绘图机构、回转工作台机构和控制系统组成。给出直线导轨模组中脉冲当量和丝杆导程两个重要参数的确定方法,并对回转工作台的转矩进行分析计算。系统采用STC5A60S2单片机进行控制,单片机根据输入的参数来进行各轴运动速度的计算。通过产生占空比不同的PWM脉冲对步进电机进行控制,从而实现对三轴的控制。

Development of the cam profile generation and motion simulator

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the generation process of the cam profile, the cam profile generation and motion simulator was designed to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of teaching cam. The simulator consists of the linear guide module mechanism, the flexible adjustable rotary table mechanism, the rotary table mechanism and the control system. The method of determining the two important parameters, the pulse equivalent and the guide screw lead, in the linear guide module was described. And the torque of rotary table was analyzed and calculated. The STC5A60S2 single chip microcomputer was used to control the system motion. It calculated the speed of each axis according to the input parameters. The stepper motor was controlled by the PWM pulse with different duty cycle, and then the control of the three axes was realized.
