基于有限元方法的发动机主轴承座及主轴承盖设计

摘要:为了了解发动机主轴承座及主轴承盖的设计要点及重点需要关注的位置,基于有限元的方法,建立发动机整机模型,主要考察接触面滑移、应力以及疲劳等主要因素,找出设计要点以及重点关注的区域,结果表明,主轴承盖与主轴承座侧面之间的过盈设计对接触面的滑移有很大的作用,应力幅较大是疲劳安全系数低的主要影响因素。

The design of main bearing wall and cap based on FEM

Abstract:In order to know the key point of the main bearing wall and main bearing cap design, this article is based on the finite element method. It mainly inspects the interface slip, stress and fatigue by setting up the whole engine model to find out the key points and mainly focus area. The results showed that the interference of the main bearing wall and cap has great effect to the interface slip. And stress amplitude is the main factor to the fatigue safety factor.
