串连式秸秆肥料速酵池的设计

摘要:为解决秸秆发酵过程中发酵时间较长、所需温度较高的问题,研究了一种不需要燃料、不需要翻倒、周期短、成本低的串连式秸秆肥料速酵池。该速酵池内设有往复盘绕的水管,单个发酵池内的水管构成闭合回路,多个发酵池之间的水管相互连通,从而保证发酵池内温度均匀,氧气适量,热量保持性好,发酵池之间热量互补,节约大量燃料,发酵时间短,成本低,保证秋收后到春播前可连续大规模发酵造肥,为提高粮食产量作出贡献。

The design of connected instant fermenting pond for straws

Abstract:A connected instant fermenting pond for straws is designed to deal with the problems of long-period fermentation and the need for high temperature. It requires no fuels, no turnover in the process, short fermenting period and lower cost. The water pipes are twined inside the fermenting pond and these pipes inside one pond make up a closed system or the water pipes in all the fermenting ponds are connected. As a result, the even temperature, the amount of oxygen and heat in the fermenting pond can be assured. The heat in each fermenting pond can be mutually complementary. Correspondingly, a considerable amount of fuel can be saved, fermenting period shortened and cost lowered. This can make sure the successive and massive fermentation between harvest and spring seeding and the contribution to the promotion of grain production.
