机床转台摩擦力矩分析

摘要:机床转台是机床中的常见结构,转台转动时的摩擦力矩是驱动力矩的主要组成部分。根据库伦摩擦模型,使用积分方法,分别推导了圆面和圆环面转台的摩擦力矩计算公式,建立了转台摩擦力矩与摩擦力间的关系。对于圆面转台,增大圆半径可使摩擦力矩线性增大;圆环面摩擦力矩为相同外径的圆面摩擦力矩的1~1.5倍,摩擦力矩数值可以用圆面的摩擦力矩数值作为粗略估计。所提出的摩擦力矩计算公式可应用于转台的摩擦设计。

Frictional torque analysis of rotary table

Abstract:Rotary table is a general structure used in machinetool. Frictional torque produced in rotation is a main part of drive tioque. Accooding to Coulomb friction model and based on integration method, formulae of frictional torque of rotary table of circular and annular plane are derived respectively. The relationship between frictional force and frictional torque is constructed. It is put forward that frictional torque of annulus plane is 1-1.5 times of the one in circular plane with the same outer diameter. The frictional torque of annulus table can be estimated roughly with the one of circular table. The formulae of frictional torque can be applied to friction design of rotary table.
