核电站冷却管接头的热应力及振动分析

摘要:核电站冷却管接头在冷热混流和外界机械载荷的作用下会产生热疲劳和振动破坏,严重影响核电站设备的安全运行。针对该问题,通过对冷却管接头有限元模型进行研究,重点从冷热混流引起的热疲劳和模态参数两方面进行研究,确定了冷却管接头三维温度场和热应力场的分布情况,提出了因冷热混流而产生热疲劳的防治措施,获得了冷却管接头的模态参数,为研究人员在冷却管接头疲劳强度设计、避免对固有频率激励、振动故障诊断和预报时提供了依据,从而降低冷却管接头因热疲劳和过度振动而引起的破坏。

The thermal stress and vibration analysis of cooling pipe joint in nuclear power plant

Abstract:The heat and cold mixed flow and the external mechanical loads will cause thermal fatigue and vibration damage to the cooling pipe joints in the nuclear plant related more to the safe operation of the equipments. To solve the problem, the finite element model of cooling joint pipe was studied mainly by two aspects of thermal fatigue and modal parameters caused from the mixed flow. To determine the distribution of three dimensional temperature field and thermal stress field of the cooling pipe joint. The measures was taken to prevent thermal fatigue generated from the mixed flow. The determination of modal parameters for the cooling pipe provides a basis for researchers in the design of fatigue strength of connecting pipe, avoiding incentives on the natural frequency, the diagnosis and forecast for vibration breakdowns. Thereby the damage to the cooling pipe joints due to thermal fatigue and excessive vibration was minimized.
