多学科优化技术在转管机枪活塞结构改进设计中的应用研究

摘要:针对某型转管机枪试验中出现的活塞断裂问题,利用有限元理论对活塞进行分析,找出了故障发生的原因,并以活塞最大应力为目标函数,采用最优拉丁超立方设计方法来对活塞结构参数进行灵敏度分析。以对应力影响比较大的结构参数作为设计变量,构建了有限元分析响应面近似模型,利用iSight软件集成有限元程序,采用自适应模拟退火算法对活塞结构进行了多学科并行优化设计,优化结果显示,活塞的最大应力得到显著减小。

Research on structural design and improvement of gatling gun piston based on multi-disciplinary optimization

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of piston fracture of Gatling gun in test, finite element theory is used to analyze the piston to find the fault cause. Then taking the maximum stress of piston as the goal function, Optimal Latin hypercube design (Opt LHD) is used to analyze sensitivity of piston structure parameters. The parameters effecting stress sensitively are taken as design variables to build response surface model of finite element model, and the finite element program is integrated with iSight, then Adapted Simulated Annealing(ASA) is used to optimize the piston structure by multi-disciplinary collateral design and optimization method. The optimization result display that the maximum stress decreases evidently.
