某型履带车辆整车制动性能研究分析

摘要:以某型自行火炮履带车辆为研究对象,利用车辆动力学仿真软件ATV模块建立了整车制动联合仿真模型,针对该型履带车辆在使用中暴露出制动系统阻力过大、动力不足等问题,分析了影响制动性能的主要因素,仿真得出了管路系统、泄露、油温以及磨损等因素对整车制动性能的影响情况,明确了动力学响应,评估出行车制动的安全性。最后根据仿真分析结果并到相关单位调研,提出了合理布置油管、正确设计和使用密封装置、控制液压油的温度等解决制动力不足的方案。

Research and analysis on vehicle braking of a certain type of tracked vehicle

Abstract:Taken the self-propelled artillery vehicle as research object, the vehicle braking simulation model is built by using the vehicle dynamics simulation software module ATV, and the main factors which impact braking performance are analyzed aiming at the problems that exposed in the brake system during its working time, which are used to solve the problem of too much resistance and power shortage. The vehicle braking performance of the tracked vehicle is analyzed. under the influence of the piping system、leakage、oil temperature and  abrasion. Finally, according to the simulation results and the research of the relevant organization, the reasonable arrangement of the oil pipeline, the correct design and use of sealing device, the temperature coercion of hydraulic oil and other solutions to the problem of motivation lack are proposed.
