基于改款车型的空气动力学分析

摘要:良好的空气动力学有利于提高车辆的燃油经济性和动力性,在改款车型的基础上,从汽车前保险杠、后保险杠和外部突出物等方面入手,考虑可能影响车辆空气动力学的因素,对其进行设计调整,并通过CFD分析和风洞试验进行试验验证。试验结果显示通过优化保险杠、汽车底盘下护板及调整格栅进气量,改善了气流向侧面流动的流向,减少气流分离,最终达到了优化空气动力学和提高车辆燃油经济性的目的,汽动阻力系数最终降低了5%。

Abstract:Good aerodynamics help improve fuel economy and power of the vehicle, on the basis of the modified models, from the front car bumper, rear bumper, and aspects of external projections and other aspects, considerations may affect the aerodynamics of the vehicle factor, adjust its design and by CFD analysis and wind tunnel tests conducted experimental verification. Test results showed that by optimizing the bumper and skid plate car chassis adjustment grille intake air, improve the airflow to the side of the flow of liquidity to reduce flow separation, and ultimately achieve the optimized aerodynamics and improve vehicle fuel economy purposes, steam dynamic drag coefficient eventually reduced by 5%.
