刀具几何参数对铝合金车削性能的影响

摘要:根据刀具的主要几何参数设计了单因素实验,在Deform-3D中建立了铝合金7075的车削有限元模型,对车削过程进行仿真,通过数据处理,得出前角、主偏角、刃倾角、刀尖圆弧半径对切削力和切削温度的影响,结果表明:切削力随前角的增大而减小,随刀尖圆弧半径的增大而增大,主偏角和刃倾角对各方向上的力影响不同;切削温度随前角、刃倾角的增大而上升,随刀尖圆弧半径的增大而下降。

Influence of tool geometrical parameters on turning properties in cutting aluminum alloy

Abstract:The single factor experiments are designed selected the main geometry angles of the tool as the factors and the finite element model of the cutting process is established based on Deform-3D for the simulation study of turning. With the analysis of the date, the influences of the rake angle, tool lead angle, inclination angle and nose radius impact on the cutting force and cutting temperature are obtained, the results show that cutting force decrease with the increase of rake angle and increase with the increase of nose radius, the influence of tool lead angle and inclination angle effect on the force in different directions is different. With the increase of rake angle and inclination angle, cutting temperature is increased, and with the increased of nose radius, cutting temperature is decreased.
