C型门机结构有限元静力学仿真分析

摘要:以C型门式起重机为例,分析静刚度计算和强度计算工况,给出门架载荷计算公式,并结合起重机实际工作特征,对门架结构进行工况分析,总结出8类工作状况。同时,利用有限元软件ANSYS进行建模,分析各受载工况下结构静刚度和静强度值。最后,对结构静刚度和强度指标进行了校核。研究结果表明,主梁跨中和悬臂处结构静刚度满足使用要求;结构最大复合应力为156 MPa,未超过许用应力值,结构强度满足使用要求。

The FEM analysis of structure static mechanics of C-type gantry crane

Abstract:The C type gantry crane is chosen as the example, and the calculation condition is analyzed not only for the static rigidity but also for the strength. The calculation formula of load-bearing is given. According to the practical working state, the working condition is analyzed, and 8 kinds of working conditions are obtained. Meanwhile, the finite element software, ANSYS, is used to simulate the structure. The static stiffness value and strength value is obtained. Finally, the calculation value is verified to be safe in every working condition. Via the result of research, the static rigidity in the mid-span and cantilever can meet the working demands, at the same time, the maximum combined stress is 156 MPa, which does not exceed the allowable stress values for static strength and can be used safely.
