大型压力锅结构-热耦合有限元分析

摘要:大型压力锅由于工作时锅内温度和压力都较高,分析其应力的分布情况时,必须考虑热和结构应力的双重作用。针对食堂及行军使用的旋合式大型压力锅,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行应力应变分析并对设计进行优化改进。结果显示,压力锅结构设计满足强度要求,并建议在大型压力锅锅体的设计中,应尽量减少突兀、复杂的形状,避免直角、尖角的出现,降低因应力集中带来的安全隐患。

Finite element analysis of large pressure cooker on structure-thermal coupling

Abstract:Temperature and pressure of the pot were high, when a large pressure cooker worked, to analyze the distribution of stress, the dual role of thermal and structural stresses must be considered. The screw type pressure cooker used in canteen and march was analysed by ANSYS finite element analysis software for its stress-strain analysis and the structure of screw type pressure cooker was optimized. The results showed that the strength requirement can be meet in the structural design of the pressure cookers and it recommended that the pressure cooker should minimize embossments and complex shapes, avoid the emergence of right angles and sharp corners, reduce the potential safety hazards due to stress concentration in the design of large pressure cooker.
