涡街三次雾化机理的研究与应用

摘要:卡门涡街是流体力学中重要的现象,将卡门涡街应用在喷雾领域得到一种新的涡街雾化技术。通过对涡街雾化机理的研究及涡街雾化喷嘴结构中文丘里管和发散头形状的设计,发现涡街雾化可以实现对液体的三次雾化及产生卡门涡街,使雾化后的雾滴更细、雾滴分布更均匀、雾滴粒径更小(10 μm以下)、雾滴颗粒在空气中悬浮时间更长。

Research and application of three atomization mechanism of vortex street

Abstract:Karman vortex street is important phenomenon in fluid mechanics. Applying karman vortex street in spray fields, for getting a new kind of vortex street atomized technology. We can find that vortex street atomization can realize three atomization of liquid and produce karman vortex street through the study of vortex street atomization mechanism and the design of venturi tube and divergent head. After atomizing, droplets are more fine, distribution of droplets is more uniform, particle diameter is smaller (under 10 microns), particles are suspended longer in the air.
