军用静音柴油发电机组高温性能研究

摘要:军用柴油发电机组在实现静音或超静音的同时要求良好的高温性能。通过研制机组50 ℃高温环境试验验证,掌握机组内部关键位置及重要区域温升情况。计算发动机、发电机等主要热源传热量,增加发动机气缸散热片,确保非额定工况下发动机传热量。设计离心风机加轴流风机辅助进风方案,对关键部位进行高效冷却,效率为自然进风5倍以上,实现1 m处声压级低于75 dB(A)且通过高温试验,为军用静音发电机组的研制提供参考。

Study on high-temperature performance of military silent generation sets

Abstract:Military diesel generation sets should not only achieve quiet or silent, but also have the good high temperature performance. In this article, firstly, by the test of the research unit under the environment of high temperature at 50degrees Celsius, the experiment masters the situation of the temperature rise in the key position and important areas in the units, and achieve the noise index as 75dB(A) and complete the high temperature test. Then calculating the heat transfer quantity of the main hot source such as the engine, generator and etc, and increasing the engine cylinder heat sink make sure the engine hot under the non-full rated conditions. Lastly, the auxiliary air by the centrifugal fan and axial flow fan is designed to cool the key parts efficiently, and its efficient is more than five times than it in the condition of the natural ventilation. This experiments not only realize the one meter sound pressure level below 75dB(A), but also completes the high temperature test. all experimental results provide certain reference value for the development of the military silent generation sets.
