迁就中心距的管磨机传动齿轮设计

摘要:从制造使用角度分析出发,提出一套迁就中心距的管磨机传动齿轮设计方法,包括压力角、螺旋角、总齿数、总变位系数的确定,总齿数、总变位系数的分配,螺旋角调整和确定。阐述了总变位系数在(0.31~1.43)范围内、齿轮变位系数在(0~1)范围内和滑动率差Δη趋近于0的迁就设计理论依据。介绍了如何通过螺旋角的调整使总变位系数在(0.7~0.8)范围内或接近于该范围,达到大小齿轮变位系数相近的效果。所述方法能够用于指导迁就中心距的齿轮设计制造。

The gear design of tube mill to accommodate the center distance

Abstract:From a manufacturing perspective analysis of the proposed a compromise with the center distance of tube mill transmission gear design method, including: pressure angle and spiral angle, the total tooth number, total variation coefficient of determination, total tooth number, total variation coefficient distribution, helix angle adjustment and determination. Elaborated based on total variation coefficient in (0.31~1.43) range, the gear variable coefficient in (0~1) range and sliding rate difference Δη increasingly close to 0 accommodation of the theoretical basis for the design. The paper introduces how to adjust the total variation coefficient in the range of (0.8~0.7) by the adjustment of the screw angle, and achieve the similar effect of the variable coefficient of the size gear. The method can be used to guide the design of manufacturing gear center distance.
