双斗轮取料机改造分析

摘要：双斗轮混匀取料机为钢铁企业原料区域常见的一种大型设备，主要用于将原料混合均匀与取料相关工作。本溪钢铁（集团）有限责任公司物流公司的混匀库的取料机在生产使用过程中经常出现故障停机，维修量大、工作过程中整车抖动严重，不能正常工作等问题，针对以上问题进行分析计算，提出了在原有主梁上进行加固以解决整车抖动的改造方案，由于该主梁受尺寸限制上下都无法进行传统的加固，所以采用再两侧加固的方试进行回固，该方案经后来实际工作的检测证明是成功的。

Abstract：Double bucket wheel blending reclaimer for the iron and steel enterprise raw material area common kind of large equipment, mainly used for material mixing and feeding related work. Benxi iron and steel (group) co., Ltd. Logistics company of blending reclaimer of libraries in the process of production use frequent downtime, work in the process of vehicle maintenance, jitter is serious, can't work normally, analysis and calculation to solve above problems, the reinforcement on the original girders are proposed in order to solve the retrofit scheme of vehicle jitter, due to the size of the main girder is up and down limit cannot with the traditional reinforcement, so try again on both sides of the reinforcement of square is adopted to improve the solid back, later actual work test has proved that the scheme is successful.
