基于车辆通道圆试验的某长头牵引列车优化设计

摘要：GB 1589对车辆通过性有强制要求，为了研究长头牵引列车的通过性，基于法规对车辆通道圆试验的要求，利用CAE软件分析以及试验验证相结合的方法，对某长头牵引列车的参数进行不断的优化调整，最终列车通过整车通道圆试验。同时明确了销轴距对于长头牵引列车的通过性具有决定性作用，为后期长头牵引列车的开发提供了一些理论参考和数据支持。

The Optimization of a Long Train Traction Vehicle Based on Turning Circle Test

Abstract：GB 1589 regulations of vehicles through a mandatory requirement, in order to study the long head of the train, the regulations on vehicle test based on the requirements of circular channel and method using the combination of CAE software analysis and test validation, train the parameters of a long head traction was optimized and adjusted constantly, the final train vehicle channel circle test through. At the same time, it is clear that the pin wheelbase has decisive effect on the long locomotive traction, which provides some theoretical reference and data support for the development of long head traction train.
