某型水陆两栖飞机机头保形技术研究

摘要:飞机气动外形的保形问题是飞机生产制造过程中一个十分重要的问题,直接关系到飞机飞行的稳定性。以某型水陆两栖飞机的机头部件作为研究对象,首先分析了构成机头的零件结构特点及其保形风险,之后从装配及运输两个方面入手,依次归纳了其特点并作风险分析;在此基础上提出一套完整的机头保形方案并对装配完成的机头部件进行了实验测量。测量结果证实了该技术方案的可行性。

Research on Shape Preserving Technique of A Kind of Amphibious Aircraft Nose

Abstract:Shape preserving problem of aircraft aerodynamic configuration is a very important problem in aircraft manufacturing process, which is directly related to the stability of aircraft flight. In this study, a kind of amphibious aircraft nose was selected as the research object. The structural characteristics of the parts and the shape protection risk were analyzed first, and then the characteristics and risk analysis were summarized from two aspects of assembly and transportation. Then a complete shape preserving scheme was put forward and the dimension of the nose was measured experimentally. The measurement results confirmed the feasibility of the technical scheme.
