离心式压缩机主轴加工静力学分析

摘要:离心式压缩机主轴的加工精度是影响压缩机组振动的重要因素,通过Pro/E的参数功能对某型号离心式压缩机主轴进行参数化建模,以有限元理论为基础,施加切削及重力载荷后,对主轴进行静力学分析,从而计算得出切削过程中主轴受力弯曲位移及切削位置偏差,为规范主轴切削参数提供了理论依据,同时为对主轴加工进行动力学分析奠定基础。

Statics Analysis of the Centrifugal Compressor Shaft in Turning Process

Abstract:The machining accuracy of the centrifugal compressor shaft is the important factor affecting the vibration of the compressor, a type of centrifugal compressor shaft is parameterized modeled by the Pro/E software, the statics analysis of the shaft is done after applying cutting and gravity load based on finite element theory, the bending displacement of the shaft and the deviation in cutting position are calculated in the process of turning, the theoretical basis for normalization of cutting parameter can be provided, and the foundation for dynamic analysis of the shaft in the process of turning is laid.
