乳化炸药生产线装药包装工序自动化的应用研究

摘要：研究了采用自动捆扎机和皮带运输机代替原来的手动捆扎机捆扎、人力推车装车的作业方式，提高了乳化炸药生产线装药包装工序的自动化水平、压减现场作业人员数量。项目从总体技术方案和功能研究入手，根据生产线产能及现场具体情况，确定了所需设备；对各设备进一步深入研究，根据现场情况及设备的性能，确定各设备的技术参数和自动控制技术，达到工程实施和应用的程度。

The Packaging Process of Emulsion Explosive Production Line Charge Applied Research of Automation

Abstract：Studied using automatic strapping machine and belt conveyor to replace the original manual strapping machine banding, human cart loading mode of operation, improve the automation level of emulsified explosive production line packaging processes, reduce on-site personnel number. The project started with the overall technical scheme and functional research, and determined the required equipment according to the production capacity of the production line and the specific situation of the site. Based on the field situation and the performance of the equipment, the technical parameters and automatic control technology of the equipment are determined to reach the degree of engineering implementation and application.
